Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box, ensuring the prepaid return label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
